Examples of Conveyance Date in a sentence
On the Closing Date and on each Conveyance Date, the Seller, by accepting the proceeds of the related Conveyance, shall be deemed to have certified that all representations and warranties described in Section 4.1 are true and correct in all material respects on and as of such day as though made on and as of such day (or if specifically referring to an earlier date, as of such earlier date).
With respect to any Transferred Asset transferred hereunder, as of the Closing Date or the Conveyance Date, as applicable, the information in Schedule A with respect to such Loan Asset is true, correct and complete.
