Conveyance Date definition

Conveyance Date means the date of a Conveyance, as specified on Schedule A hereto or in the applicable Purchase Notice.

Conveyance Date means (i) the later of (a) the date on which title vests in the purchaser at the foreclosure sale of the Property pursuant to the Lien Instrument or (b) the date on which Borrower's statutory right of redemption shall expire or be waived or (ii) the date of the conveyance of the Property to Lender in lieu of foreclosure.

Conveyance Date means the date of a Conveyance.

Examples of Conveyance Date in a sentence

• On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Credit Agreement, the Transferor shall Convey to the Transferee, and the Transferee shall acquire, on the applicable Subsequent Conveyance Date, all of the Transferor's right, title and interest in and to each Transferred Asset then reported by the Transferor on the supplement to the Schedule of Transferred Assets, together with all other Related Security and all proceeds of the foregoing.
