Examples of Conveyance Date in a sentence
In respect of the Conveyance, the Transferor has not assigned, pledged or otherwise conveyed or encumbered any interest in the Transferred Assets being Conveyed to any other Person, which assignment, pledge, conveyance or encumbrance remains effective as of the applicable Conveyance Date.
As of each Conveyance Date, Schedule A is an accurate and complete listing of all the Transferred Assets and the information contained therein with respect to the identity of such Transferred Assets and the amounts owing thereunder is true and correct as of the related Conveyance Date.
The Transferor agrees, and agrees to instruct the relevant administrator or paying agent or trustee (or, in the absence of any such agent or trustee, the relevant obligor of the relevant Underlying Asset), to remit all payments due to the Transferee on the related Underlying Asset to the Transferee, such payments being any and all interest, fees and any other moneys accrued and due from and including the related Conveyance Date.
