Conveyance Document definition

Conveyance Document means a pat- ent, deed or similar instrument which transfers title to lands or interests in lands.§ 2640.0–7 Cross reference.
Conveyance Document means a general warranty deed dated on or about any Closing Date from the seller to Owner and any other xxxx of sale, assignments or other instrument conveying a Property or a portion thereof to Owner. Cost of the Property means as to any Property the sum of (i) the cost of the acquisition of such Property including, without limitation, (x) the Additional Improvements and (y) any real estate or other related transfer taxes and (ii) certain transaction costs relating to the transactions contemplated hereby, including legal fees and expenses, transactional fees, closing fees, placement agent fees, appraisal fees, environmental site assessment fees and title and survey expenses, all as determined in good faith by Agent and set forth in an Officer's Certificate accompanied by supporting documentation and materials satisfactory to Owner and Agent Bank.
Conveyance Document means the General Conveyance and Assumption Agreement in the form set forth in Exhibit B hereto;

(b) The term does not include the following: (1) security interest documents such as mortgages and trust deeds, (2) leases that are for a term of less than ninety (90) years. (3) Agreements and other documents for mergers, consolidations, and incorporations involving solely non-listed stock. (4) Quitclaim deeds not serving as a source of title, or (5) public utility or governmental easements or rights-of-way. (IC 6- 1.1-5.5-2)
