Conveyance Documents definition

Conveyance Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).

Conveyance Documents means the documents described in Paragraphs 3.3(a)(i) and (ii), which provide for the assignment, transfer or other disposition of the Assets to the Purchaser.

More Definitions of Conveyance Documents

Conveyance Documents means the Deed, the Assignment and Assumption of Management Agreement, the Assignment and Assumption of Tenant Leases, the Bill xx Sale and the General Assignment and Assumption Agreement.

Conveyance Documents means all conveyances, specific assignments, registrable transfers, novation agreements, trust agreements, and other instruments prepared by the Vendor as may be reasonably required to assign, convey, and transfer the Vendor's interest in the Assets to the Purchaser and to novate the Purchaser in the place and stead of the Vendor with respect to the agreements which affect the Assets.

Conveyance Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.4(a).

Conveyance Documents means the documents described in Clause 4.4 required to complete the transfer and assignment of the Assets;

Conveyance Documents means the Xxxx of Sale, the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, and such other instruments of assignment and conveyance of the Assets as Purchaser deems necessary to effect such assignment and conveyance, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Purchaser and its counsel.

Conveyance Documents means the Conveyance in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, together with those other forms of assignments, bills of sale, deeds and other instruments the Parties agree are necessary or appropriate to convey interest in the Assets or from Seller to Buyer as contemplated by the Agreement.
