Coordinated Cutover definition

Coordinated Cutover means the coordination of all cutover activities that may be associated with porting of a telephone number from the old service provider to the new service provider, which coordination may include, but not limited to, notification of when the old service provider starts the cutover and finishes the cutover, coordination of testing, and working with the new service provider to ensure that the cutover is properly performed and completed.
Coordinated Cutover loops are orders where a live customer is converted to a CLEC re-using the outside plant facilities. Coordination of all parties is necessary to minimize disruption of service to the end user. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- o Special Services Special Services ("Specials") are services or elements that require design intervention. These include such services/elements as: high capacity services (DS1 or DS3), Primary rate ISDN, digital services, private lines, multiplexing, and Interoffice Facilities. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- o Interconnection Trunks Includes switched local interconnection (message) trunks carrying traffic between BA and CLEC offices. Examples of Coordinated Cutover in a sentence

  • Coordinated Cutover Environment, the Parties will agree to a mutually satisfactory cutover time and Sprint shall schedule an update of disconnect and switch translations at the agreed upon cutover time.

  • For the porting of a telephone number where a Coordinated Cutover has been requested, the Parties will schedule the cutover during a mutually agreeable time frame.

  • AT&T MICHIGAN shall provide PFN with a Coordinated Cutover upon PFN’s written request.

  • For the porting of a telephone number where a Coordinated Cutover has not been requested, the Parties will mutually agree on a scheduled cutover time frame, and AT&T MICHIGAN shall promptly notify PFN when the cutover is complete.

  • For the porting of a telephone number where a Coordinated Cutover has not been requested, the Parties will mutually agree on a scheduled cutover time frame, and AT&T MICHIGAN shall promptly notify Climax when the cutover is complete.
