Copyright Security Agreement definition

Copyright Security Agreement means each Copyright Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

Copyright Security Agreement means a copyright security agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, pursuant to which each Loan Party that has Copyrights shall grant a specific security interest as security for the Obligations, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Copyright Security Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit 4 hereto.

Examples of Copyright Security Agreement in a sentence

• This Copyright Security Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument, and any party hereto may execute this Copyright Security Agreement by signing and delivering one or more counterparts.
