Copyrighted Work definition

Copyrighted Work means any work of authorship eligible for copyright protection under the federal and state laws of the United States and foreign countries.

Copyrighted Work means an original work of authorship, which has been fixed in any tangible medium of expression, now known or later developed, from which it can be perceived, reproduced or otherwise communicated either directly or with the aid of a machine or device. Copyrighted Works include, but are not limited to, Authored Works, Software, technical designs, formulas and codes, designs and mask works and research data.
