Examples of Copyrights in a sentence
Copyrights in all such works automatically vest in the Company, and the Company owns all of the rights comprised in the copyrights in all such works (including renewals and extensions).
To such Grantor’s knowledge, no Copyrights, Patents, Intellectual Property Licenses or Trademarks listed on Schedules III, IV, V and VI attached hereto, respectively, if any, have been adjudged invalid or unenforceable or have been canceled, in whole or in part, or are not presently subsisting.
Such Grantor has adopted, used and is currently using, or has a current bona fide intention to use, all of the Trademarks and Copyrights listed on Schedules III and VI, respectively.
