Core Patents definition

Core Patents means the patents and patent application expressly listed in Exhibit E. “Development Plan” shall have the meaning given to it in Section 5.1.

Examples of Core Patents in a sentence

  • Ambrx will be responsible for all costs incurred by it (including all Patent Prosecution Costs) in the course of Prosecuting and enforcing such Core Patents and Scripps Patents.

More Definitions of Core Patents

Core Patents means collectively the rights in and to any and all inventions which are disclosed in the patent applications identified in Schedule “A-1”, including: (i) counterparts, continuations, divisionals, continuing prosecution applications, and requests for continued examinations, extensions, term restorations, renewals, reissues, re-examinations, or substitutions thereof; (ii) corresponding international patent applications; (iii) corresponding foreign patent applications, including supplementary protection certificates and other administrative protections; and (iv) international and foreign counterpart patents resulting therefrom, all of which will be deemed added, from time to time, to Schedule “A-1”;
Core Patents means (a) all ChemoCentryx Patents that have a priority date on or before the Effective Date and (b) any ChemoCentryx Patents claiming Product Technology that is then being used in or with the Product that is then being Developed or Commercialized.
Core Patents means (i) U.S. Patent Number 5,513,656, titled “Intraoral semi-custom discluder device” and the inventions and specifications described and claimed therein; (ii) U.S. Patent Number 5,795,150, titled “Intraoral semi-custom discluder device and method” and the inventions and specifications described and claimed therein; (iii) U.S. Patent Number 6,666,212, titled “Intraoral discluder device and method for preventing migraine and tension headaches and temporomandibular disorders” and the inventions and specifications described and claimed therein; (iv) U.S. Patent Number Re 43,459, titled “Intraoral discluder device and method for preventing migraine and tension headaches and temporomandibular disorders” and the inventions and specifications described and claimed therein; and (v) all parents, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, extensions, re-examinations and reissues of all of the foregoing.
Core Patents means the Patent Rights identified on Exhibit C.
Core Patents means (a) the Patents set forth on Exhibit A, (b) any Patents issuing from any Patent application claiming priority from any Patent described in the foregoing clause (a), (c) any foreign equivalents of any Patents described in the foregoing clauses (a) and (b), and (d) any Patents Controlled by EOS as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement that relate solely to the Existing Products or any Improvements thereto.
Core Patents means (a) the United States Sangamo Patents listed in Exhibit B; (b) any non-provisional applications, additions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions and substitutes thereof; and (c) any reissue, re-examination, extension or patent term extension of any such patent.
Core Patents means those PureDepth Patents listed in Exhibit B that claim generic aspects of MLD technology, and are not limited by application or by features not directly related to the functioning of a display. The Core Patents include at least US Patent No. [****] and its non-US counterparts.
