Corporate Chart means a corporate organizational chart, list or other similar document in each case in form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and setting forth, for each Person that is a Loan Party, that is subject to Section 7.11
Corporate Chart means a corporate organizational chart, list or other similar document in each case in form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and setting forth, for each Person that is a Loan Party, that is subject to Section 7.11 (Additional Collateral and Guaranties) or that is a Subsidiary of any of them, (a) the full legal name of such Person (and any trade name, fictitious name or other name such Person may have had or operated under), (b) the jurisdiction of organization, the organizational number (if any) and the tax identification number (if any) of such Person, (c) the location of such Person’s chief executive office (or sole place of business) and (d) the number of shares of each class of such Person’s Stock authorized (if applicable), the number outstanding as of the date of delivery and the number and percentage of such outstanding shares for each such class owned (directly or indirectly) by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of any of them.
Corporate Chart means a document in form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and setting forth, as of a date set forth therein, for each Person that is a Loan Party, that is subject to Section 7.10 or that is a Subsidiary or joint venture of any of them, (a) the full legal name of such Person, (b) the jurisdiction of organization and any organizational number and tax identification number of such Person, (c) the location of such Person’s chief executive office (or, if applicable, sole place of business) and (d) the number of shares of each class of Stock of such Person (other than Holdings) authorized, the number outstanding and the number and percentage of such outstanding shares for each such class owned, directly or indirectly, by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of any of them.
