Corporate Finance Fee definition

Corporate Finance Fee means the fee to be paid to the Agent by the Issuer in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent;
Corporate Finance Fee means the fee to be paid by the Issuer to the Agent on the Closing Day in consideration of corporate finance and structuring services provided by the Agent.
Corporate Finance Fee has the meaning set out in section 5.1(c);

Examples of Corporate Finance Fee in a sentence

  • In the event that the Agent terminates this Agreement after having been paid the Agent’s Fee by the Company, it will repay the Agent’s Fee (but not the Expenses or that part of the cash portion of the Corporate Finance Fee delivered to the Agent prior to the date hereof) to the Company forthwith.

  • The Agent acknowledges receipt of $15,750 ($15,000 plus GST) of the Corporate Finance Fee and the Corporation agrees that this amount is non-refundable.
