Examples of Corresponding Certificates in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, principal shall be payable to, and shortfalls, losses and prepayments shall be allocable to, the REMIC III Regular Interests the ownership of which is represented by the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates as such amounts are payable and allocable to the Corresponding Certificates.

• The Lower-Tier Regular Interest that corresponds to any particular Class of Regular Interest and any particular Class of Certificates also correspond to each other and, accordingly, constitute the (i) Corresponding Lower-Tier Regular Interest, (ii) Corresponding Regular Interest and (iii) Corresponding Certificates, respectively, with respect to each other.

• For purposes of calculating the amount of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for the REMIC 2 Regular Interests for any Distribution Date, any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls (to the extent not covered by Compensating Interest) relating to the Mortgage Loans for any Distribution Date shall be allocated in the same priority, and to the same extent, as that allocated to the Corresponding Certificates.

• For purposes of calculating the amount of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for the REMIC 3 Regular Interests for any Distribution Date, any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls (to the extent not covered by Compensating Interest) relating to the Mortgage Loans for any Distribution Date shall be allocated in the same priority, and to the same extent, as that allocated to the Corresponding Certificates.

• All Realized Losses shall be allocated on each Distribution Date in the same manner and priority as such Realized Losses are allocated to the Corresponding Certificates.
