COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. Each party shall bear its own costs in relation to the preparation and administration of this Agreement. The Recipient is responsible for paying any stamp duty payable on this Agreement and on any transaction undertaken or instrument or other document executed to give effect to any provision of this Agreement.
COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. 16.1 Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and performance of this Agreement and all documents incidental or relating to Completion.
16.2 All stamp duty (if any) payable in connection with the sale and purchase of the Sale Interests shall be borne by the Vendors and the Purchaser in equal shares.

(b) All stamp duty (including fines, penalties and interest) payable on or in connection with this Deed must be borne by the Indemnifier. The Indemnifier must indemnify the Relevant Group Member on demand against any Liability for that stamp duty.
COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. Each Party shall bear its own expenses incurred in preparing and executing this Agreement. The Purchaser shall bear the stamp duty in relation to the transfer of the Sale Securities and the issue of the NCDs.
COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. (a) Unless and to the extent otherwise agreed, each party must bear its own costs arising out of the negotiation, preparation and entering into of the accepted exploration contract.
(b) All stamp duty (including fines, penalties and interest) that may be payable on or in connection with the accepted exploration contract and any instrument executed under the accepted exploration contract must be borne by the explorer.
COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. 9.1 Each Party shall bear his/its own costs and disbursements incurred in connection with the negotiation, preparation, execution and Completion of this Agreement.
9.2 Any stamp duty or other government levy or duties payable in respect of the sale and purchase of the Shares under Clause 2 shall be borne and paid by Grantor and Grantee in equal shares.
COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. 16.1 Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in relation to or in connection with the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement.
16.2 The Purchaser shall bear all stamp duty chargeable on this Agreement and on the transfer of the Sale Shares.
COSTS AND STAMP DUTY. Each party must pay its own legal costs incurred in the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Deed. The Bioprospector is responsible for any stamp duty which may be assessable or payable on this Deed.
