Council Directors definition

Council Directors means the RBWM Directors and the Wokingham Directors. Councils: means Wokingham and RBWM, Current Business Plan: means the Business Plan of the Company in effect at the date of this Agreement.
Council Directors means those directors who are Members of the Board and who are appointed by the Council pursuant to Article 58(2);
Council Directors means the non-executive director(s) appointed by the Council pursuant to article 13.

  • Public Works Director means the Director of the Department of Public Works of the County of Los Angeles.

  • Apprenticeship committee means those persons designated by the sponsor to act for it in the administration of the program. A committee may be “joint,” i.e., composed of an equal number of representatives of the employer(s) and of the employees represented by a bona fide collective bargaining agent(s), and is established to conduct, operate, or administer an apprenticeship program and enter into apprenticeship agreements with apprentices. A committee may be “unilateral” or “nonjoint” and shall mean a program sponsor in which a bona fide collective bargaining agent is not a participant.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Tribal Council means the governing body of the Band established pursuant to Article X of the Constitution.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
