The Contractor shall bring to the attention of the County Project Manager and/or County Project Director any dispute between the County and the Contractor regarding the performance of services as stated in this Master Agreement.
While present at County facilities, Contractor’s personnel shall be accompanied by County personnel at all times, unless this requirement is waived in writing prior to such event by the County Project Director.
Contractor, its employees, and agents will be granted access to County facilities, subject to Contractor’s prior notification to and approval by the County Project Director, for the purpose of executing Contractor’s obligations hereunder.
In order for Contractor to perform services hereunder and only for the performance of such services, County may elect, subject to County’s standard administrative and security requirements, to provide Contractor with office space and equipment, as determined at the discretion of the County Project Director, at County facilities, on a non-exclusive use basis.
Contractor shall not in any way physically alter or improve any County facility without the prior written approval of the County Project Director, and County’s Director of Internal Services Department, in their discretion.
