Appointments to positions in the City and County service shall be at the entrance rate established for the position except as otherwise provided herein.
Employees retired for physical disability who have contacted OCERS for advice and counsel under Section A above who within two (2) years from the date of retirement or date their disability retirement is discontinued, request and have been counseled as required above and qualify for positions in the County service shall be placed on the COUNTY PREFERRED ELIGIBLE LIST with respect to such positions.
