Couple for the purposes of benefits coverage, will be as defined by the individual plan carriers. "Dependent child" for the purposes of benefits coverage, means an unmarried child until the end of the month in which the child attains the age of 19 years of age if the child is mainly dependent on and living with the employee or their spouse.
