Coupon Payment Dates means, if the Notes include Coupon Payment(s), the Coupon Payment Dates as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
Coupon Payment Dates means 22nd April every year till Redemption Date on which the interest on the Debentures PPD -12 shall be paid by the Borrower to Debenture Holder(s) in terms of the Transaction Documents. The last Coupon Payment Date will be on the Redemption Date. If any of the Coupon Payment Date(s) [other than on Repayment Date] falls on a day which is not a Business Day, the payment due on such date may be made on the immediately succeeding Business Day. However the dates of the future coupon payments would be as per the schedule originally stipulated at the time of issuing the Debentures. In other words, the subsequent coupon schedule would not be disturbed merely because the payment date in respect of one particular coupon payment has been postponed earlier because of it having fallen on a day which is not a Business Day. It is further clarified that the amount of interest payable on each such Coupon Payment Date will be calculated as if Coupon Payment Date remained as per the schedule originally stipulated at the time of issuing the Debentures.
