Within 10 Business Days after the S&P CDO Monitor Election Date, together with each Monthly Report and on each Payment Date, the Issuer shall provide to S&P, via e-mail in accordance with Section 14.3(a), a Microsoft Excel file of the Excel Default Model Input File and, with respect to each Collateral Obligation, the name of each obligor thereon, the CUSIP number thereof (if applicable) and whether it is a Senior Secured Loan, Second Lien Loan or Cov-Lite Loan.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of determining the S&P Recovery Rate of a Collateral Obligation that is a Senior Secured Loan (including any Cov-Lite Loan) secured solely or primarily by common stock or other equity interest, such Collateral Obligation shall be deemed to be an Unsecured Loan.
