Covenants and Restrictions definition

Covenants and Restrictions means and refer to the declarations, covenants, agreements and restrictions set forth in the Declaration; recorded subdivision plat; and any other documents recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City pertaining to the Lots subject to the Declaration.
Covenants and Restrictions means all covenants, conditions, restrictions, equitable servitudes, and all other similar matters now or hereafter affecting the Property, including any condominium, planned unit development, or cooperative apartment declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions, by-laws, articles, rules, and regulations to which Trustor or the Property is subject or bound.
Covenants and Restrictions means the Amended Declaratory Statement of Covenants and Restrictions to run with the land.
