Covered Business Partner means any person, concern or entity (including, without limitation, any Client) as to which Participant, or persons supervised by Participant, had business-related contact or received or learned Confidential Information during the most recent two years of Participant’s employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates or such shorter period of time as employed (the “Look Back Period”).
