Covered Classes definition

Covered Classes means securities of any of the following classes and series of stock issued by the Corporation: (a) Series AA Preferred Stock, (b) Common Stock, (c) any class or series of equity securities which are issued as a dividend or distribution with respect to, or pursuant to a recapitalization of, any then outstanding Covered Class of equity securities.
Covered Classes means securities of any of the following classes and series of stock issued by the Company: (a) Series AA Preferred Stock, (b) Common Stock, and (c) any class or series of equity securities which are issued as a dividend or distribution with respect to, or pursuant to a recapitalization of, any then outstanding Covered Class of equity securities.(j) “Disability” means any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that has lasted, or is reasonably expected to last, for a period of at least six (6) months, can reasonably be expected to be permanent or of indefinite duration, and renders the Participant unable to perform his duties hereunder, as certified by a physician jointly selected by the Company and the Participant or the Participant’s legal representative.(k) “Effective Date” means , 2006.(l) “Good Reason” means:(i) with respect to Harold Bevis, “good reason” as defined in Harold Bevis’ Employment Agreement with the Company; and
Covered Classes. All of the following Covered Individuals: Minimum Eligibility Requirement(s): Covered Individuals must perform services localized in Massachusetts for the Contract Holder, or if services are not localized in Massachusetts, their services meet the requirements of 458 CMR 2.00.

  • Restricted Classes As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.

  • Affected Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).

  • Backward Classes means any socially and educationally Backward Classes of citizens recognized by the Government for purpose of clause (4) of article 15 of the Constitution of India;

It includes disputes based upon contract, tort, consumer rights, fraud and other intentional torts, constitution, statute, regulation, ordinance, common law and equity (including any claim for injunctive or declaratory relief). "Claim" does not include disputes about the validity, enforceability, coverage or scope of this Arbitration Provision or any part thereof (including, without limitation, the prohibition against class proceedings, private attorney general proceedings and/or multiple party proceedings described in Paragraph C.7 (the "Class Action Waiver"), the last sentence of Paragraph C.13 and/or this sentence); all such disputes are for a court and not an arbitrator to decide. However, any dispute or argument that concerns the validity or enforceability of the Agreement as a whole is for the arbitrator, not a court, to decide.

  • Settlement Classes means the Ontario Settlement Class and the Quebec Settlement Class.

  • Covered Claim means either a Provider Covered Claim or Customer Covered Claim.

  • Released Class Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.

  • Unimpaired Class means an unimpaired Class within the meaning of section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Required Class Lenders means, with respect to any Class on any date of determination, Lenders having more than 50% of the sum of (i) the outstanding Loans under such Class and (ii) the aggregate unused Commitments under such Facility.
