Covered Items definition

Covered Items means goods, services or intangible rights.
Covered Items means goods or services; (b) “Supplier” means a vendor or distributor of Covered Items; and (c) “Supplier Agreement” means an agreement that is entered into by CNHN with a Supplier, makes Covered Items available for sale to Member, and sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Member may purchase Covered Items from the Supplier. Schedule A lists the current Supplier Agreements and will be updated from time to time.
Covered Items means any products or services offered for sale to builders and/or remodelers and End Users by GE in the following categories: refrigeration, cooking, speed cooking, microwave, laundry, dishwasher, and room air conditioners.

Examples of Covered Items in a sentence

  • You will not receive reimbursement and will remain solely responsible for every cost arising from any work, services or equipment any contractor, company or individual performs or provides without our prior express authorization, even for Covered Items that would otherwise be eligible for Service.

  • You agree to: reasonably clean and maintain Covered Items; not harm/damage a Covered Item or Component; provide a safe working environment for Contractors; not damage property of a Contractor; and not threaten/harm us or a Contractor via phone, email, personal interaction, internet, social media or otherwise.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Provista hereby disclaims and excludes any express or implied representation or warranty regarding any Covered Items under any Provista Supplier Agreement (or Provista program).

  • We will not cover the cost to access Covered Items in inaccessible locations, such as those that cannot be accessed safely or due to an obstruction.

  • We will not repair cosmetic defects or damage to Covered Items that does not also cause a Covered Breakdown.


More Definitions of Covered Items

Covered Items has the meaning set forth in Section 19.2(a).
Covered Items means systems and components as specifically described herein as “Included” under Your service Plan and that (i) are located inside the confines of the Covered Property dwelling or garage (except for covered well or septic pumps, air conditioners, or pools/spas, which may be located at, but not necessarily inside, the Covered Property dwelling or garage); (ii) are in proper working order on the Coverage Period Start Date; and (iii) become inoperative due to unknown mechanical or electrical failures or normal wear and tear, including breakdowns due to insufficient maintenance (“Breakdown”). Covered Items do not include commercial-grade equipment and Non-Essential Components (as defined in Exclusions, Section 2, below).
Covered Items means: Noncommercial purchases of school supplies, school art supplies, and school instructional material, up to a sales price of fifty dollars ($50) per item.
Covered Items shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.22(b).
Covered Items means: (i) systems and components as specifically described herein as “Included” and that are located inside the confines of the Covered Property dwelling or garage (well or septic pumps, air conditioners, or pools/spas located at, but not necessarily inside, the Covered Property dwelling or garage are Covered Items provided coverage was purchased and payment has been received by Us.); (ii) are in proper working order on the Coverage Period Effective Date; and (iii) become inoperative due to normal wear and tear, including breakdowns due to insufficient maintenance if, at the time the issue or breakdown, was unknown. Commercial-Grade Equipment and/or non-essential Components are not Covered Items.

"Computer," "computer software," and "school computer supplies" shall not include furniture and any systems, devices, software, peripherals designed or intended primarily for recreational use, or video games of a non-educational nature.
