You will not receive reimbursement and will remain solely responsible for every cost arising from any work, services or equipment any contractor, company or individual performs or provides without our prior express authorization, even for Covered Items that would otherwise be eligible for Service.
You agree to: reasonably clean and maintain Covered Items; not harm/damage a Covered Item or Component; provide a safe working environment for Contractors; not damage property of a Contractor; and not threaten/harm us or a Contractor via phone, email, personal interaction, internet, social media or otherwise.
We will only authorize repairs and replacements of Covered Items that can be made in accordance with Applicable Law.
We will not repair cosmetic defects or damage to Covered Items that does not also cause a Covered Breakdown.
We will not cover the cost to access Covered Items in inaccessible locations, such as those that cannot be accessed safely or due to an obstruction.
