Covered Parts definition

Covered Parts means BREAKDOWN of a part not excluded in this CONTRACT.
Covered Parts shall include parts typical and customary in the operation of WTGs of the model(s) used in the Facility.
Covered Parts means and/or refers to the parts and/ or Services described and listed in PART THREE of this Agreement.

Examples of Covered Parts in a sentence

  • A part to this Agreement that outlines the coverage of the Plan selected by You as shown on the Declaration Page of this Agreement and lists the Covered Part(s).

  • If covered, You will be reimbursed for the repair at the manufacturer’s suggested retail prices for Covered Parts.

  • The amount You are required to pay, as shown on the Declaration Page, toward the total cost for the repair or replacement of Covered Parts per visit/claim made.

  • If a Covered Mechanical Breakdown of Your Vehicle occurs during the term of this Contract, We will: • Pay You or the repairer, for reasonable costs of repair or replacement of the Covered Part(s) and associated labor as required for the completion of the repair or replacement of those parts, which cause the Mechanical Breakdown.

  • We will pay for the reasonable costs to repair or replace any of the Covered Parts listed in the Schedule of Coverages section which cause a Breakdown, less any Deductible, and will pay for the Additional Benefits listed in the Additional Benefits section specific to Your Unit, provided You comply with all of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

Covered Parts. Car Hop will pay the total cost of the parts and labor necessary to repair or replace Covered Parts pursuant to this Limited Warranty if the defect or malfunction in the Covered Part is caused by a mechanical breakdown or failure under normal service and use (the inability of any Covered Part to perform its designed function). Covered Parts means any of those parts of the Primary Vehicle described in Section 6, and subject to the terms and conditions listed in Sections 7-10 of this Contract.

Covered Parts means “Oil Wetted” engine parts, including pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshaft, main bearings, connecting rods, rod bearings, camshaft, camshaft bearings, timing chain and gears, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, guides, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms, lifters and rocker arm shafts. The engine block and cylinder heads are also Covered Parts if mechanical failure was caused by a failure of the above listed Covered Parts. Covered Parts does not include the following: (1) all fuel system parts; (2) all ignition, starting and electrical system parts; (3) turbocharger and supercharger systems; and (4) all exhaust pipes, muffler, catalyst and related system parts; and
