A part to this Agreement that outlines the coverage of the Plan selected by You as shown on the Declaration Page of this Agreement and lists the Covered Part(s).
If covered, You will be reimbursed for the repair at the manufacturer’s suggested retail prices for Covered Parts.
The amount You are required to pay, as shown on the Declaration Page, toward the total cost for the repair or replacement of Covered Parts per visit/claim made.
If a Covered Mechanical Breakdown of Your Vehicle occurs during the term of this Contract, We will: • Pay You or the repairer, for reasonable costs of repair or replacement of the Covered Part(s) and associated labor as required for the completion of the repair or replacement of those parts, which cause the Mechanical Breakdown.
We will pay for the reasonable costs to repair or replace any of the Covered Parts listed in the Schedule of Coverages section which cause a Breakdown, less any Deductible, and will pay for the Additional Benefits listed in the Additional Benefits section specific to Your Unit, provided You comply with all of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
