Covered Programs is defined as the specific set of software products listed on the document titled Oracle Linux and Oracle VM Included Files (available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/us/support/library/enterprise-linux-indemnification-069347.pdf) for which You have ordered Oracle Linux/ Oracle VM Service Offering(s), including any related program documentation and patches and bug fixes acquired through such Oracle Linux/ Oracle VM Service Offering(s).
Covered Programs means any current Program that You have licensed pursuant to this Agreement that is a currently supported Software version for the numbers of Licenses set forth on the current Software Order. Covered Programs means activities or programs primarily serving or including minors, and are either conducted by the University, located on the University’s property or elsewhere; or conducted by a third-party individual or organization on the University’s property. Covered programs may include, but are not limited to: academic camps, athletic camps, and other enrichment programs, whether daytime only or overnight programs.
