CP Lender definition

CP Lender means a CP Conduit that is a Lender, and that is identified to the Borrower as a CP Conduit on its signature page to this Agreement, an Assignment and Assumption or otherwise.

CP Lender means Versailles Assets LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Bleachers Finance 1 and any other CP Conduit that is a Lender, and that is identified to the Borrower as a CP Conduit on its signature page to this Agreement, an Assignment and Assumption or otherwise.

• Each CP Lender, its Program Manager or its funding agent, as applicable, shall notify the Facility Agent of the Cost of Funds Rate for each Loan that is made by such CP Lender and to which the Cost of Funds Rate applies on or prior to the related Calculation Date in connection with the provision of its invoice or otherwise upon written request.
