Creation Date definition

Creation Date means the date on which a Purchase Order is submitted by a Participant and accepted by the applicable Fund, including through the Distributor.

Creation Date means with respect to Primary Portfolio Excess Spread and the Secondary Portfolio Excess Spread previously acquired, the date hereof, and with respect to Primary Portfolio Excess Spread and the Secondary Portfolio Excess Spread acquired after the date hereof, the Transaction Settlement Date.
