Credit Agreements definition

Credit Agreements means any promissory note, mortgage, loan agreement, indenture or similar instrument or agreement to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is or becomes a borrower, as such instruments or agreements may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time and including any one or more refinancing or replacements thereof, in whole or in part, with any other debt facility or debt obligation, for as long as the payee or creditor to whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries owes such obligation is not an Affiliate of the Company.
Credit Agreements shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preliminary statement of this Agreement.
Credit Agreements means the First Lien Credit Agreement and the Second Lien Credit Agreement.

Examples of Credit Agreements in a sentence

  • Amounts properly withheld under the Code or other applicable law by any Person from a payment under any Debt shall be considered as having been paid by the Issuer to the relevant Holder for all purposes of this Indenture and the Credit Agreements.

  • If at any time the Bank shall resign or be removed as Loan Agent under the Credit Agreements, such resignation or removal shall not be deemed to be a resignation or removal of the Bank as Collateral Trustee hereunder.

Credit Agreements means the Revolving Credit Agreement and the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

Credit Agreements means the Intelsat Credit Agreement and the Intelsat Corp Credit Agreement.
