Credit and Collection Policy definition

Credit and Collection Policy means Seller’s credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VIII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Credit and Collection Policy means the Originators’ credit and collection policies and practices relating to Contracts and Receivables existing on the date hereof and summarized in Exhibit VII hereto, as modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Credit and Collection Policy means, as the context may require, those receivables credit and collection policies and practices of the Originators in effect on the Closing Date and described in Exhibit E, as modified in compliance with this Agreement.

  • As of the 2024-B Cutoff Date, the 2024-B Lease is not subject to a current deferral and has not been extended, but may have otherwise been deferred in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy or otherwise modified in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy so long as such modification did not cause such 2024-B Lease to not qualify with the other criteria set forth herein.

  • Except as provided in Section 6.2(d), the Borrower will not, and will not permit Seller or any Originator to, extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable or any terms of any Contract related to such Receivable in any material respect other than in accordance with the applicable Credit and Collection Policy.

  • The Servicer will not, and will not permit any Originator to, make any change to any Credit and Collection Policy that could reasonably be expected to decrease the credit quality of any newly created Receivables or materially adversely affect the collectability of the Receivables.

  • The 2024-B Lease is a Stand-Alone Lease that was originated (a) by a Dealer, (b) on or after January 2019, (c) pursuant to an agreement which allows for recourse to the Dealer in the event of certain defects in the 2024-B Lease (but not for a default by the related Lessee) and (d) in substantial compliance with the Credit and Collection Policy.


More Definitions of Credit and Collection Policy

Credit and Collection Policy means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.
Credit and Collection Policy means, as the context may require, those receivables credit and collection policies and practices of the Originator in effect on the date of the Agreement and described in Schedule I to the Agreement, as modified in compliance with the Agreement.
Credit and Collection Policy means the credit and collection practices, policies and procedures of HCA from time to time.
Credit and Collection Policy means those credit and collection policies and practices in effect on the date hereof relating to Contracts and Receivables and described in Schedule II hereto, as modified from time to time in compliance with Section 4.02(c).
Credit and Collection Policy has the meaning set forth in the Basic Servicing Agreement.
