Credit Card Notification definition

Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

Credit Card Notification has the meaning provided in Section 2.21(c).

Credit Card Notification means, collectively, the notices to Credit Card Issuers or Credit Card Processors who are parties to Credit Card Agreements in substantially the form of Exhibit Q or such other form as is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

• After the occurrence and during the continuance of a Cash Dominion Trigger Event, the Administrative Agent may (and, at the request of the Required Lenders, shall) deliver each such DDA Notification and Credit Card Notification to the applicable depository institution and credit card processor.

• Each DDA Notification and Credit Card Notification shall be held by the Administrative Agent until the occurrence of a Cash Dominion Trigger Event.
