Credit Card Receivables definition
Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.
Credit Card Receivables means each Account together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Borrower Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Borrower Party on credit or debit cards issued or processed by such Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor in connection with the sale of goods by a Borrower Party, or services performed by a Borrower Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.
Credit Card Receivables means each “Account” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a major credit or debit card issuer (including, but not limited to, Visa, Mastercard and American Express and such other issuers approved by the Administrative Agent) to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

The amount of any Reserve established by Agent, and any changes to the eligibility criteria set forth in the definitions of Eligible Accounts, Eligible Credit Card Receivables, Eligible Inventory and Eligible In-Transit Inventory shall have a reasonable relationship to the event, condition, other circumstance, or fact that is the basis for such reserve or change in eligibility and shall not be duplicative of any other reserve established and currently maintained or eligibility criteria.
