Credit Entry means an ACH/EFT Transaction that is intended to deposit funds into a Receiver’s (defined below) account which has been withdrawn from AGENCY’s Settlement Account (defined below).

Credit Entry shall refer to any ACH Transaction which has the intended effect of depositing funds to the Customer's demand deposit account(s). Customer may enroll in one or more of the following ACH Fraud Prevention Services described below (each a “Service”).

• If the amount of a Debit Entry or Credit Entry initiated by the Customer for processing is a corporate to corporate transaction, governing rules for such payment will apply.
