Within the Bond Fund there is hereby created and established certain trust accounts, to be designated the “General Account,” the “Credit Facility Account,” and the “Remarketing Account.” Moneys drawn under the Credit Facility (if any) shall be deposited in the Credit Facility Account and shall be held separate and apart from moneys derived from any other source.
The Trustee shall promptly draw upon the Letter of Credit to the full extent permitted by the terms thereof and deposit the proceeds of such drawing (to the extent allocable to the Bonds) in the Credit Facility Account of the Bond Fund.
Any amounts remaining in the Credit Facility Account, Remarketing Proceeds Account or Credit Facility Proceeds Account shall be paid to the Bank and not to the Company.
Any such moneys drawn under the Letter of Credit shall be deposited and held in the Credit Facility Account in the Bond Fund, and shall not be commingled with other moneys in the Bond Fund.
Amounts derived from the source described in Section 3.02(c) and (d) will be deposited into the Credit Facility Account of the Bond Purchase Fund.
