Credit Facility Issuer definition

Credit Facility Issuer means the Bank with respect to the Letter of Credit and the institution issuing any Alternate Credit Facility.
Credit Facility Issuer means the issuer of any Credit Facility.

Credit Facility Issuer means a Credit Facility Issuer as defined in the Indenture.
Credit Facility Issuer means any bank or banks or other financial institution or institutions, having issued any Credit Facility. The initial Credit Facility Issuer is the Bond Insurer.

Credit Facility Issuer means (A), initially, KeyBank National Association, a national banking association organized under the laws of the United States, as issuer of the initial Letter of Credit, and (B) in the event an Alternate Credit Facility is outstanding, the institution issuing such Alternate Credit Facility.
