Credit Facility Notes definition

Credit Facility Notes. The term "Credit Facility Notes" as used in this Mortgage shall have the meaning given to such term in the Credit Agreement.

Credit Facility Notes. The term "Credit Facility Notes" as used in this Guaranty and Indemnification Agreement shall have the meaning given to such term in the Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Credit Facility Notes

Credit Facility Notes. The term "Credit Facility Notes" as used in this Agreement shall mean, collectively, the following: (i) that certain Note dated the date hereof in the original principal amount of $40,000,000.00 given by Borrowers to Smitx Xxxxxx, xxd (ii) that certain Note dated the date hereof in the original principal amount of $40,000,000.00 given by Borrowers to NationsBank, as such Notes may from time to time be amended, modified, extended, supplemented, renewed, replaced or restated.

Credit Facility Notes means the “Notes” under and as defined in the Credit Facility Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.

Credit Facility Notes as used in this Agreement shall mean, collectively, the following: (i) that certain Amended and Restated Note dated as of July 15, 1997 in the original principal amount of $27,500,000.00 given by Borrowers to Xxxxx Xxxxxx, (ii) that certain Amended and Restated Note dated as of July 15, 1997 in the original principal amount of $27,500,000.00 given by Borrowers to NationsBank, (iii) that certain Amended and Restated Note dated as of July 15, 1997 in the original principal amount of $20,000,000.00 given by Borrowers to First Chicago, (iv) that certain Amended and Restated Note dated as of July 15, 1997 in the original principal amount of $20,000,000.00 given by Borrowers to Mellon, (v) that certain Amended and Restated Note dated as of July 15, 1997 in the original principal amount of $20,000,000.00 given by Borrowers to PNC, (vi) that certain Amended and Restated Note dated as of July 15, 1997 in the original principal amount of $20,000,000.00 given by Borrowers to Summit, and (vii) that certain Amended and Restated Note dated as of July 15, 1997 in the original principal amount of $15,000,000.00 given by Borrowers to Signet, as such Amended and Restated Notes may from time to time be amended, modified, extended, supplemented, renewed, replaced or restated."

Credit Facility Notes appearing in Exhibit A of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following definition substituted therefor:

Credit Facility Notes means the Term A Notes, Term B Notes, Term C Notes and Term D Notes issued by Seller under the Credit Agreement.

Credit Facility Notes shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Recitals hereof

Credit Facility Notes means, collectively, the revolving credit and term notes issued by the Company and the Subsidiary Co-Borrowers under the Credit Agreement, as such notes may be amended, supplemented, modified, replaced, renewed, extended, refinanced or refunded from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.01 of the Intercreditor Agreement.
