Credit Liabilities definition

Credit Liabilities means, at any time, all fixed and contingent liabilities of the Banks under Letters of Credit.
Credit Liabilities means the portion of the Assumed Liabilities set forth on Exhibit G for which the Purchaser is to receive a credit against the Purchase Price.
Credit Liabilities means the portion of the Assumed Liabilities for which the Purchaser receives a credit against the Purchase Price as set forth on Exhibit F.

  • Customer Credit Liabilities means at any time, the aggregate remaining value at such time of (a) outstanding gift certificates and gift cards of the Borrowers entitling the holder thereof to use all or a portion of the certificate or gift card to pay all or a portion of the purchase price for any Inventory, and (b) outstanding merchandise credits of the Borrowers.

  • Revolving Credit Obligations means, at any particular time, the sum of (i) the outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans at such time, plus (ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Loans at such time, plus (iii) the outstanding L/C Obligations at such time.
