Credit Suisse means Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch.

Deutsche Bank means Deutsche Bank AG and its affiliated companies, as the context requires.
Goldman Sachs means Goldman, Sachs & Co.
LLC means Limited Liability Company.
MUFG means MUFG Bank, Ltd.
BMO means Bank of Montreal.
UBS AG, New York Branch shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Natixis means Natixis Real Estate Capital LLC and its successors in interest.
JPMorgan means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
RBC means Royal Bank of Canada.
Morgan Stanley Broker means a broker-dealer affiliated with Morgan Stanley.
Barclays Capital is a reference to Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC;
Citicorp has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
Royal Bank means Royal Bank of Canada.
Barclays means Barclays Bank PLC.
Cantor shall have the meaning given in the Preamble.
Fortis means Fortis Inc.;
Mizuho means Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
Citigroup means Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
U.S. Bank means U.S. Bank National Association.
Syndication Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Sole Lead Arranger means SunTrust Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc., in its capacity as sole lead arranger in connection with this Agreement.
Investment Bank means a non-deposit taking institution licensed by the Authority to advise on offers of securities to the public or a section of the public, takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring involving companies listed or quoted on a securities exchange, privatisation of companies listed or to be listed on a securities exchange or underwriting of securities issued or to be issued to the public and to engage in the business of a stockbroker or dealer;
KeyBank means KeyBank National Association.
