Credit Support Assets definition

Credit Support Assets means any items comprising the Credit Support Balance (if any) (as defined in the CSA) held by or on behalf of the Issuer pursuant to the relevant CSA (if any) and shall include all the Issuer’s rights to and all sums derived from such items, including any right to an equivalent number or value of such items arising as a result of such items being held in the Clearing System or through a financial intermediary.
Credit Support Assets means the Receivables and other Collateral (as defined in the Permitted CIT Agreements as of the Closing Date) pledged or sold pursuant to the terms of the Permitted CIT Agreements.
Credit Support Assets means any items comprising the Credit Support Balance (if any) (as defined in the CSA) held by the Issuer (or the Custodian on the Issuer’s behalf) pursuant to the CSA.

Examples of Credit Support Assets in a sentence

  • The Determination Agent may deduct amounts to reflect expected costs and expenses (including stamp duty charges) in respect of a sale of the Credit Support Assets when determining such value.

  • In respect of any Credit Support Assets comprising cash deposits, the Issuer, the Trustee or the Custodian shall realise such cash deposits into cash which shall be paid into the Cash Account as soon as reasonably practicable following the date on which notice is given that such Credit Support Assets are to be realised in whole or in part into cash in respect of an Unwind Event.

  • Contributions for the above scheme are charged to the statement of profit or loss as they become payable in accordance with the rules of the scheme.

  • If the Credit Support Assets held by the Custodian (on behalf of the Issuer) are comprised of Matched Credit Support Assets and there is no Funding Swap Counterparty at that time, such Matched Credit Support Assets shall be realised in accordance with the methodology set out in Part III of the Annex.

  • In respect of a Cancellation Unwind Event, the Auction Agent shall round downwards the amount of Credit Support Assets (if any) to be sold where the denomination of the Credit Support Assets does not allow for a sale of such assets in the applicable Cancellation Proportion and if the Credit Support Assets are comprised of different types of Credit Support Assets, each such type shall be realised pro rata.


More Definitions of Credit Support Assets

Credit Support Assets means (a) ABL Priority Collateral and (b) any unencumbered (or partly encumbered) asset that is subject to a Superpriority Claim in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders (including, without limitation, the unencumbered 35% portion of the equity of Claire’s Swiss Holdings LLC and Claire’s Stores Canada Corp.).
Credit Support Assets means any items comprising the Credit Support Balance (as defined in the CSA) of the Counterparty (if any) held by or on behalf of the Company pursuant to the CSA in respect of the Notes;
Credit Support Assets means any items comprising the Credit Support Balance (if any) (as defined in the CSA (Par Asset Swap) and/or the CSA (Cash Flow Swap)) held by the Issuer (or the Custodian on the Issuer’s behalf) pursuant to the CSA (Par Asset Swap) and/or the CSA (Cash Flow Swap).
Credit Support Assets means, at any time, Eligible Credit Support then posted to the Issuer under the Credit Support Annex (and held by the Custodian) which comprise the Credit Support Balance of the Swap Counterparty.
Credit Support Assets means any items comprising the Credit Support Balance (if any) (as defined in the CSA) held by or on behalf of the Issuer pursuant to the relevant CSA (if any).
