Credit Support Document definition

Credit Support Document means any agreement or instrument that is specified as such in this Agreement.
Credit Support Document means any document described as such in the Master Agreement and, where the context permits, any other document referred to in any Credit Support Document which has the effect of creating an Encumbrance in favour of any of the Finance Parties.
Credit Support Document means any agreement or instrument in any way guaranteeing or securing any or all of a Participant’s obligations under the Agreements (including, without limitation, the provisions of Tariff, Attachment Q), any agreement entered into under, pursuant to, or in connection with the Agreements or any agreement entered into under, pursuant to, or in connection with the Agreements and/or any other agreement to which PJM, PJMSettlement and the Participant are parties, including, without limitation, any Corporate Guaranty, Letter of Credit, or agreement granting PJM and PJMSettlement a security interest.

  • It will use all reasonable efforts to maintain in full force and effect all consents of any governmental or other authority that are required to be obtained by it with respect to this Agreement or any Credit Support Document to which it is a party and will use all reasonable efforts to obtain any that may become necessary in the future.
