Creditor Party definition

Creditor Party means the Agent, the Security Trustee or any Lender, whether as at the date of this Agreement or at any later time;
Creditor Party means the Agent, the Security Trustee, each Mandated Lead Arranger, each Arranger, each Bookrunner or any Lender, whether as at the date of this Agreement or at any later time and, in the plural, means all of them;
Creditor Party means the Administrative Agent or any other Lender.

Examples of Creditor Party in a sentence

  • Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, any interest due under this Clause shall be paid on the last day of the period by reference to which it was determined; and the payment shall be made to the Agent for the account of the Creditor Party to which the overdue amount is due.
