Cross-Collateralization Agreement definition

Cross-Collateralization Agreement means the Master Cross-Collateralization Agreement dated as of the date of this Instrument by and among Borrower, Lender, and the Related Borrowers, as amended from time to time.
Cross-Collateralization Agreement means that certain Cross-collateralization Agreement of even date herewith between Borrower, the other Cross-collateralized Borrowers and Lender.
Cross-Collateralization Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • The Loan is cross-collateralized with certain other loans, subject to the terms of the Master Cross-Collateralization Agreement.
