Cross Receipt definition

Cross Receipt means an executed document signed by each of the Company and the Investor, in substantially the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
Cross Receipt means a cross receipt acknowledging the receipt of the items in Section 2.3(b)(i), (ii) and (v) by the Partnership and the items in Section 2.3(c)(i), (ii), (iii) and (v) by PBF Energy.
Cross Receipt means a cross-receipt substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto.

  • This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof (other than the MOU (solely with respect to those portions of this Agreement that are not assigned to the Trustee), the Cross Receipt and the Indemnification Agreement), and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
