Crude Petroleum definition

Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.
Crude Petroleum means the direct liquid product of oil wells, oil processing plants, the indirect liquid petroleum products of oil or gas wells, oil sands, or a mixture of such products.
Crude Petroleum as herein used means the direct liquid products of oil wells, or a mixture of the direct liquid products of oil wells with the indirect liquid products of oil and gas wells including gasoline and liquefied petroleum gases.
