CSRC Filing Report means the filing report of the Company in relation to the offering, including any amendments, supplements and/or modifications thereof, submitted to the CSRC on September 20, 2023 pursuant to Article 13 of the CSRC Filing Rules.

The Company has complied with all applicable requirements and timely submitted all requisite filings in connection with the offering (including, without limitation, the CSRC Filing Report) with the CSRC pursuant to the CSRC Filing Rules and all applicable Laws, and the Company has not received any notice of rejection, withdrawal or revocation from the CSRC in connection with such CSRC Filings.
The Company will keep current the CSRC Filing Report and timely file all necessary CSRC Filings and otherwise comply with its filing obligations under the CSRC Filing Rules and other applicable Laws (if any).

The Company agrees that each Underwriter may perform its respective obligations under this Agreement through one or more of its affiliates designated by such Underwriter, as it deems appropriate.
