CSRC Filings definition
CSRC Filings means any letters, filings, correspondences, communications, documents, responses, undertakings and submissions in any form, including any amendments, supplements and/or modifications thereof, made or to be made to the CSRC, relating to or in connection with the Global Offering pursuant to the CSRC Filing Rules and other applicable rules and requirements of the CSRC (including, without limitation, the CSRC Filing Report);

The Company represents and warrants to the Placement Agent that the Offering or the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Trading Market has fully complied with the requirements of the CSRC Rules and the Revised Cybersecurity Review Measures.

All references in this Agreement to (i) the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus or the Prospectus, any amendments or supplements to any of the foregoing, or any free writing prospectus, shall include any copy thereof filed with the Commission pursuant to its Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System (“▇▇▇▇▇”) and (ii) the Prospectus shall be deemed to include any “electronic Prospectus” provided for use in connection with the offering of the Offered ADSs as contemplated by Section 3(n). The Company agrees that each Underwriter may perform its respective obligations under this Agreement through one or more of its affiliates designated by such Underwriter, as it deems appropriate.
