CSRC Filings definition
CSRC Filings means any letters, filings, correspondences, communications, documents, responses, undertakings and submissions in any form, including any amendments, supplements and/or modifications thereof, made or to be made to the CSRC, relating to or in connection with the Global Offering pursuant to the CSRC Filing Rules and other applicable rules and requirements of the CSRC (including, without limitation, the CSRC Filing Report);
CSRC Filings means any letters, filings, correspondences, communications, documents, responses, undertakings and submissions in any form, including any amendments, supplements and/or modifications thereof, made or to be made to the CSRC, relating to or in connection with the offering pursuant to the CSRC Filing Rules and other applicable rules and requirements of the CSRC; “CSRC Rules” means the CSRC Filing Rules and the CSRC Archive Rules; “Revised Cybersecurity Review Measures” means the Cybersecurity Review Measures, effective from February 15, 2022, promulgated by the CAC, together with certain other PRC governmental authorities (《网络安全审查办法》). The Company represents and warrants to the Placement Agent that the Offering or the listing of the Ordinary Shares on the Trading Market has fully complied with the requirements of the CSRC Rules and the Revised Cybersecurity Review Measures.
