CTU or Central Transmission Utility means the Central Transmission Utility as defined in sub-section (10) of Section 2 of the Electricity Act 2003;
CTU or Central Transmission Utility means the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
CTU or Central Transmission Utility means Central Transmission Utility of lndia Ltd (CTUIL) which is notified as the Central Transmission Utility under Section 38 of the Electricity Act 2003.

CTU or Central Transmission Utility means the Central Transmission Utility of India Limited, or any other company as may be designated by Central Government under Section 38 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the purpose.
CTU or Central Transmission Utility means the Central Transmission Utility as defined under sub-section 10 of Section 2 of the Act i.e. Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL).
CTU or Central Transmission Utility means Central Transmission Utility of lndia Ltd (CTUIL) which is notified as the Central Transmission Utility under Section 38 of the Electricity Act 2003. “Debt Due” shall be as defined at Article 10.3.2.
