Cumulative Interest Expense definition

Cumulative Interest Expense means the aggregate amount of Consolidated Interest Expense paid, accrued or scheduled to be paid or accrued by the Company from January 1, 1993 to the end of the fiscal quarter immediately preceding a proposed Restricted Payment, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Cumulative Interest Expense means, in respect of any Restricted Payment, the sum of the aggregate amount of Consolidated Interest Expense of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries for the period from and after January 1, 2005 to the end of the Borrower’s most recently ended fiscal quarter for which internal financial statements are available and immediately preceding the proposed Restricted Payment.
Cumulative Interest Expense means, for the period commencing on July 1, 2011 and ending on the last day of the most recent month preceding the proposed Restricted Payment for which financial information is available, the aggregate of the interest expense of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, including interest expense attributable to Capitalized Lease Obligations.
