Curative Allocation definition

Curative Allocation means any allocation of an item of income, gain, deduction, loss or credit pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1(d)(xi).

More Definitions of Curative Allocation

Curative Allocation means any allocation of an item of income, gain, deduction, loss or credit pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1(d)(xi). “Current Market Price” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(a).
