Curbside Collection definition

Curbside Collection means the collection of recyclables or solid waste from the residential waste stream from curb or alleyway.
Curbside Collection means the collection of waste of the contents of Collection Carts from a location immediately adjacent to the edge of a road, street or lane that is adjacent to the property or grounds surrounding dwellings or facilities;
Curbside Collection means the collection of recyclable materials at the curb, or from an alley or roadside.

  • The County or its designee will be responsible for the billing and collection of payments for Residential Curbside Collection Service except as described in Section 5.A.2. Payment from the County to the Contractor for any undisputed fees and/or charges will be due and paid no later than forty-five days after receipt of an invoice from the Contractor for the Curbside Residential Collection Services.

  • Contractor personnel performing Curbside Collection will at all times be courteous, refrain from loud, inappropriate or obscene language, exercise due care, perform their work without delay, minimize noise, and avoid damage to public or private property.

More Definitions of Curbside Collection

Curbside Collection means a system for collecting recy- clable materials from residential properties, including from the curb, alley, backyard or roadside, and for transporting the recycla- ble materials for processing and marketing.
Curbside Collection means programs where recyclable materials are collected at the curb from special containers, to be brought to various processing facilities.
Curbside Collection means the pickup of Waste from residential households that are single family through fourplex and other residential households where each household has its own Collection Container, such as a townhouse.
