Cure Period definition

Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:

Examples of Cure Period in a sentence

  • If Optionee does not accept Delivery and fails to terminate this Agreement within seven (7) days after expiration of the Title Cure Period, Port may terminate this Agreement upon three (3) days written notice to Optionee.

  • If Seller cures defects within Cure Period, Seller will deliver 468 written notice to Xxxxx (with proof of cure acceptable to Xxxxx and Xxxxx’s attorney) and the parties will close this 469 Contract on Closing Date (or if Closing Date has passed, within 10 days after Xxxxx’s receipt of Seller’s notice).

  • In such event, Close of Escrow will be extended to the earlier of seven (7) business days after the Title Defect is removed or the end of the Title Defect Cure Period.

  • If after expiration of the Title Defect Cure Period, a Title Defect still exists at the time scheduled for Close of Escrow, Optionee may by written notice to Port either terminate this Agreement or accept Delivery of the Property.

  • If the Title Defect can be removed by bonding and Port has not bonded within the Title Defect Cure Period, Optionee may cause a bond to be issued.
