Examples of Cure Period in a sentence

If Optionee does not accept Delivery and fails to terminate this Agreement within seven (7) days after expiration of the Title Cure Period, Port may terminate this Agreement upon three (3) days written notice to Optionee.
If Seller cures defects within Cure Period, Seller will deliver 468 written notice to Xxxxx (with proof of cure acceptable to Xxxxx and Xxxxx’s attorney) and the parties will close this 469 Contract on Closing Date (or if Closing Date has passed, within 10 days after Xxxxx’s receipt of Seller’s notice).
