Currency Conversions. If you pay for goods and services in a currency other than the Denominated Currency, the amount payable will be converted at the relevant Card Network's reference exchange rate at the clearing time of the Card Transaction, and a foreign exchange fee will apply. The Card Network’s reference exchange rate, and a comparison as against the latest available foreign exchange rates issued by the European Central Bank, are outlined by Visa here and Mastercard here (as may be updated from time to time). The requirements in Article 3a(5) and (6) of Regulation (EC) No 924/2009 (as amended) will not apply for the purposes of these Stripe Issuing Accountholder Terms. When loading funds onto the Stripe Issuing Account and paying in a currency other than the Denominated Currency, the applicable exchange rate will be shown at the time of the Card Transaction. A loading foreign exchange fee will also apply.

Currency Conversions. If any currency conversion shall be required in connection with the calculation of royalties hereunder, such conversion shall be made using the selling exchange late for conversion of the foreign currency into U.S. Dollars, quoted for current transactions reported in The Wall Street Journal for the second to last business day of the month prior to the month in which CareFusion received such payment.
Currency Conversions. 10.1 All amounts paid by you to us and paid by us to you will be denominated in Australian dollars, US Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, British Pounds Sterling or Euros. Where you deal in a Contract denominated in a currency other than Australian dollars, US Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, British Pounds Sterling or Euros: a) funds transferred from our ACY Capital Client Moneys trust account will be converted at the current spot rate for the conversion of the relevant funds into your nominated currency (being either Australian dollars, US Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, British Pounds Sterling or Euros) minus a conversion calculation fee of up to 2 per cent, which we will charge you; and b) realised profits and losses will be converted to your nominated currency (being either Australian dollars, US Dollars, New Zealand Dollars, British Pounds Sterling or Euros) immediately on closing of the position at the current spot rate minus a conversion calculation fee of up to 2 per cent, which we will charge you. 10.2 Amounts due under this clause 10 are debited from your Account on the Close of Business of the day that a currency conversion occurs. 10.3 We may waive or defer the conversion calculation fee at our discretion.
Currency Conversions. In calculating the amount of Secured Obligations for any purpose hereunder, including voting or distribution purposes, the amount of any Secured Obligation which is denominated in a currency other than Dollars shall be converted into Dollars at the spot rate for purchasing Dollars with such currency as set forth in The Wall Street Journal (or any successor or substitute publication reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent) on the Business Day prior to the date on which such calculation is to be made.

In the event that the Client deposits money in a different currency of that of the Currency of the Client Account then the Company shall convert the sum deposited into the Currency of the Client Account. Depending on the currency used to deposit money in the Client Account, the Company may charge an amount in the form of a percentage (as a fixed spread) of the amount deposited. If the Client pays in his card currency, the Company will be allowed to charge a fixed spread of 3% for not like/like currencies, or so called exotic currencies. In relation to what is called Like/like currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, CHF, JPY, CAD, DKK, AUD), the Company does not charge any conversion fees when the Client pays in these currencies. 18.3. In the event of currency fluctuations, the Company will have no liability for any losses or damages incurred on the Client.
Currency Conversions. For the purposes of determining any prices, sums or values (including Market Value, Required Collateral Value, Relevant Value, Bid Value and Offer Value for the purposes of paragraphs 5 and 10 of this Agreement) prices, sums or values stated in currencies other than the Base Currency shall be converted into the Base Currency at the latest available spot rate of exchange quoted by a bank selected by Lender (or if an Event of Default has occurred in relation to Lender, by Borrower) in the London interbank market for the purchase of the Base Currency with the currency concerned on the day on which the calculation is to be made or, if that day is not a Business Day the spot rate of exchange quoted at Close of Business on the immediately preceding Business Day.

Currency Conversions. If it shall be necessary for purposes of this Agreement to convert an amount in one currency into another currency, unless otherwise provided herein, the exchange rate shall be determined by reference to the New York foreign exchange selling rates (such determination to be made as at the date of the relevant transaction), as determined by the Administrative Agent (in accordance with its standard practices).

Any such conversion shall be made by the Company at reasonable exchange rates as the company shall select, having regards to the prevailing market rates. The Company shall be entitled to charge to the Client and obtain from the Client Account or from the deposited amount the expenses incurred with regard to currency conversions for the Client, including commissions to banks, money transfer fees, commissions to intermediaries. 23.2 The Client will bear all foreign currency exchange risk arising from any Transaction or the exercise by the Company of its rights under the Agreement or any law.
